The scene opens with the NWPW Arena packed full of fans, all cheering waiting for the first show to begin. Suddenly the speakers burst out the tune of ‘Getting Away with Murder’ by Pap Roach, some of the fans cheer in confusion not knowing who will come out of the curtain. Its JB:13 the Director of Events holding a microphone. He walks down the ramp towards the ring, shaking hands with fans and waving. He walks up the steps onto the apron and ducks underneath the rope. He loosens his writs and brings the mouth to his lips.
JB:13 On behalf of myself, Winter Sanderson and the NWPW company I would like to thank you for showing up tonight. I have been asked to offer a little explanation into what will be happening here in NWPW. Firstly the championships, the Championship Committee chaired by Winter Sanderson have decided that there will be to begin with just 3 championships. The main prize in NWPW will be the NWPW World Heavyweight Championship; this will be decided in a tournament in the following weeks, more on that later on. Secondly in the tag team division we have the NWPW World Tag Team Championships, these belts will also be decided in a tournament later in the year around August and September. Thirdly an introduction to the championship calibre available in the business today there is the unique NWPW Hero Championship, a title with qualities such as each match is best out of three falls, there are no count-outs and various other rules that will be drawn out when that title is decided in the next month or so. Now here in NWPW we have just one flagship show to display our talent which will be known as ONSLAUGHT this will be broadcast on Friday nights for all to see. I t will feature some of the most incredible matches you will see from technical takedowns, to hardcore havoc to lunatic-style luchadors to brutal brawls. We expect out first pay per view to be REDEMPTION in June towards the later part of the month. I will now return to business at hand. That is to the tournament for the NWPW World Heavyweight Championship, now this is self entry but I don’t want you to hand me a letter or a note or get your handler to whinge to me. I want you to come out here now and tell me why the hell I should put you into the match. JB:13 stands and waits for a superstar to showIMPORTANT: REPLY BY FIRST COMING DOWN TO THE RING AND THEN RPING, DO NOT LEAVE THE RING EXPECT BANTER FROM OTHER SUPERSTARS. DO NOT ATTACK ANYONE IN THE RING (ESPECIALLY ME), DO NOT POST ONE-LINERS. THIS WILL HELP TO SHOW THE CALIBRE OF RP’ERS WE HAVE.
ANYONE WHO RP’S HERE AND SCORES OVER 24/40 (THESE ARE BEING MARKED) WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE TOURNAMENT/MATCH YOU WILL BE INFORMED VIA PM.

JB:13 is still standing in the ring, when the theme to ‘Beautiful People’ by Marlyn Manson plays over the speakers. The crowd rise to their feet and start to chant Karnage. As the drum beat gets louder and louder the fans start to bang their feet on the floor and on the barricade. There is a huge explosion on the stage and Karnage appears, soaked in water looking mean and fierce he raises his hands up in the air and forms an X then drives both hands towards his chest. There is a second explosion, Karnage roars and breaks into a run down the ramps, he slides into the ring climbs the turnbuckle and taunts for the crowd. He turns around and stares at JB:13 who hands him the microphone
Crowd:
:/>|/:KARNAGE:\|<\: Thank you for that awesome reception. I came to the NWPW because I wanted a change. The last fed I was in the owner quit, then came back, then disappeared of the face of the planet. Now he wants me to take part in some kinda reunion thing-so what do I do? I tell him to stick my invite back up his arse where it came from. Now I said I wanted a change, in the old fed people took opportunities like the one just offered. Now I’m sitting in the locker room watching what JB here has just said and no one. No one moves an inch.
So I thought it takes time, I had to think about it so to pass a few minutes I decided to tape up my wrists-just incase things got out of hand. And no one has moved. Even as I stand here right now there is no one in the back coming out to greet me. Now I’m not calling you all pussies, but seriously I am here to fight I am here to cause Khaos and Karnage because that's who I am.
As for why. Why should I be entered into this tournament. I should be in this tournament for three straight reasons. Number one I am the most brutal and dominant force in this fed I guarantee that. There is no one in the back that can outlast me, there is no one in the back that is as hard hitting, has more ruthless aggression or has the ability to rip and tear people apart. (He takes a deep breath to calm himself)
Number two. I deliver what I say I will deliver. You put me in a tables match I will promise to put someone through a table then someone will go through a table. You don’t put in a match and I promise that someone will regret that decision then someone will leave the arena in a van with blue flashing lights with guys in green suits. I am the Destruction Device, I am the half man half massacre. And you want a promise I will become the first ever NWPW World Heavyweight Champion, either that or the person that beats me for it will be half a champion-literally.
Number three. I uphold a promise to defend my title whenever and wherever. I have never been a champion before. It is a dream to come into a fed like this and walk out with a title in your very first match, month or whatever. Now don’t get me wrong I’m no orphan I don’t want it handed to me on no silver platter, I wanna fight for the right to become the champion. I will fight for my dream, my passion and most of all for every single one of you fans who want to see rip every single other contender for this title to pieces.
HERE COMES THE KARNAGE.
He passes the microphone back to JB:13 climbs the ropes and taunts for the crowd who cheer back

Post by 'Storm Force' John Victory on May 19, 2006 9:26:42 GMT
After Karnage has handed the mic back to JB:13, the crowd are going crazy, witnessing the first superstar to toss his name into the hat for the NWPW World Heavyweight Championship. They wonder what JB:13 will have to say in response, and he is about to let them all know what he has to say. He opens his mouth, but is rudely interrupted by the opening chords of ‘Steady As She Goes’ By The Raconteurs, as the crowd go crazy as yet another superstar throws himself into the mix. Out onto the stage walks ‘Storm Force’ John Victory. He salutes the already riled up crowd, and makes his way down to the ring. Karnage and JB:13 have their eyes firmly fixed on the man, as he slides under the bottom ropes, and stands on the opposite side of the ring. He politely asks JB:13 for the mic, and he duly obligues.
-Victory- Sorry to rudely interrupt you, but I have something pretty important to get off my chest. Karnage, you say you came here because you wanted a change? Well, I came here, because I was headhunted by the owners, and because I want to give these fans something to cheer about! I’ve come here, for one reason, and one reason only, and that is to win the New World Professional Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship, for these fans. I’m an Olympic silver medallist, and I do what I do, because it gives me great satisfaction to come out here, and put on a great show for the fans.
You may well be telling the truth when you say you’re the most brutal and dominant force in this federation, that nobody from out back can outlast you, there is nobody more hard hitting, nobody more ruthless, nobody who rips people to shreds, like you. That’s not relevant though, because I am the most technically gifted athlete, that this place will ever see. It’s all good being a power-house, but when you can’t use it effectively, against a man who’s going to be able to break your leg with one move, in under a second, then you’ve got to understand that you simply can’t beat me.
You may well even be telling the truth when you say you deliver what you say you will deliver, but let’s be honest here, don’t say you’re going to win the NWPW World Heavyweight Championship, but whilst I’m here? That’s a promise you definitely can’t deliver, ok? It may be your dream to walk out of here as Champion, but it’s mine as well, and I don’t let my dreams go very easily, and I swear, I am going to do everything I can possibly do, to make sure that it’s me, not you, or anybody else in the back, who walks out of the first pay-per-view as NWPW’s very first, World Heavyweight Champion.
Do you know why I’d be such a great World Heavyweight Champion? The best here? It’s because I have the heart, and soul, to carry this promotion. I know the prestige and honour that comes with being the main man of a federation, and I’m more than confident, that I can be the first bona-fida superstar produced by this federation, and I intend to give this place everything that I’ve got. Every single last ounce of strength, passion, loyalty, and talent. You may be stronger than me, Karnage, but that doesn’t mean Jack shit, when you’re facing ‘Storm Force’ John Victory, and he’s fighting on behalf of all those fans out there that cheer so loudly for him.
Wearing that title on my shoulder, I’m going to repay this federation for taking a chance on me, and I’m going to make it one of the most prestigious and respected federations around today. NWPW may only just be starting, but that’s the best place for a federation to be at, because it means we, the first few here, can mould it’s future, it’s destiny, and I am going to do my god-damned best, to make sure this fed becomes one of, if not, the best federations around. That’s a promise, and that is why I should be entered into the World Heavyweight Championship tournament, because I promise I’m going to win it, and make that title look the best it can!
The fans may cheer you for all those bumps you take, but their not cheering for you, or what you stand for, their cheering for those bumps. When the cheer for me, it’s because they appreciate how difficult it is to be a real wrestler, and not just some jumped-up bitch who knows how to get hit with a weapon, and toss somebody across a room! Anybody can do that, but it show’s the true calibre of the wrestler, if they hold an Olympic Silver medal. So come on, JB:13, what do you say, give me a shot, just one shot, and I promise, that I won’t let you down.

Post by "The Game" Bryan Stinberg on May 24, 2006 1:27:47 GMT
]-Scene-[ After John Victory was done blabbing on about how he thinks he will become the first NWPW World Heavyweight Champion he handed the microphone back to JB:13. Both John Victory and Karnage stare each other done for a moment arguing back and forth about who deserves to become champion as JB:13 stood there for a moment awaiting to see if any other superstar would make an appearance but it seemed as if no one was going to show, JB:13 brought the microphone up to his lips once more in order to speck. ]-Scene-[||:.| JB:13 ||:.|“Well it seems as if we have only to challengers for the NWPW World Heavyweight Championship so at REDEMPTION these two men will face off for the NWPW World Heavyweight…”]-Scene-[ JB:13 is rudely interrupted by the sound of as “Game Over” by Lil’ Flip blaring over the PA System as Bryan Stinberg appears on stage with his arms out into the air causing a huge reaction from the crowd. Stinberg spins around with his arms in the air, the shower of sparks emits from behind him. He slowly made his way done to the ring as all three men had their eyes fixed upon the magnificent one. As he stepped through the ropes he slowly walked over to JB:13 and rudely took the microphone away from him. ]-Scene-[||:.| "The Magnificent" Bryan Stinberg ||:.|“Well, well, well it looks like the Board of Directors has made a tournament in order to declare the first NWPW World Heavyweight Champion and well it seems that these two assclowns are the only ones who have signed up for it. Well you see I was in the back listening to all the bullshit they had to say and quite frankly I wasn’t impressed. All I heard from you guys were ‘Oh I am the greatest, I can beat any man in my way, I won this and I won that…’ Its fucking bullshit! I could really care less what all of you have done and even who the hell both of you men are because in the end you are all just another victim.
Now you, Mr. Olympic Silver Medallist; sounds a little like you’re a wannabe Kurt Angle if you ask me. But that’s not the point, you see the point is that little medal of yours means shit in this business! I mean come on you got your ass kicked by somebody better than you and that’s why you’re just a Silver Medallist. So junior, you plan on making a name for yourself in this business I take it? Well your in the wrong place kid, you see when your in a business that the magnificent one is in there is no greater superstar than me and that’s fact! It may be both yours and Karnage’s dream to walk out as the first ever NWPW World Heavyweight Champion but hasn’t your mothers ever told you that dreams never come true? Instead there is a thing called destiny and destiny is something that stands before you all today. I am this so called destiny and at REDEMPTION I will walk away as the World Heavyweight Champion!”]-Scene-[ John Victory looked a little upset at everything Bryan Stinberg has just stayed but than Stinberg soon turned his attention towards Karnage who stood there laughing. Stinberg stood there for a moment with his eyes fixed upon Karnage and he brought the microphone back up to his lips to speak. ]-Scene-[||:.| "The Magnificent" Bryan Stinberg ||:.|“Wow! What’s so funny you big dirty ape?! Gosh just looking at you makes me sick, it feels like I’m staring at a retarded gorilla! Can we please get this man a mask or something, he’s freaking hideous!”]-Scene-[ Stinberg asked JB:13 who gave Stinberg an odd look and Stinberg just shrugged his shoulder. Stinberg than turned his attention backs to Karnage who was starting to look pissed and impatient at Stinberg. ]-Scene-[||:.| "The Magnificent" Bryan Stinberg ||:.|“I’m sorry I just couldn’t help myself, this man needs to go back to whatever Circus he came from. Your like a wild animal, all I hear from you is how I am going to cause chaos and destruction. So hear me out you big ugly ape! You think that your going to become the World Champion well let me tell you something. I have faced people like you and I have defeated people like you. Hell, I’ve been through hell and back putting my life on the line day and night and I have a lot more experience than any of you superstars. I hear that none of you have ever won a championship in your life’s well your looking at a four-time World Champion, an nine-time HaRdCoRe Champion and a two-time Tag Team Champion. I have accomplished it all, and I have been through it all so if any of you even think you have a chance on becoming champion your just wasting your time. All of you have made promises to the fans saying that you would become champion but let me reminded you all of this, never make a promise that cannot be kept because than your just making yourself look bad and none of you want to start off your young careers like that now do ya? Oh and before I go JB:13 I hope that you have that title all shined up for me because at REDEMPTION I will take what’s rightfully mine!”TBC

Just as it appeared that JB was about to start speaking again, Stinberg having handed the microphone back to the owner of the federation, some feedback occurred across the sound system. This caused a majority of the fans to cover their ears in obvious pain, but they uncovered their ears as the feedback slowly subsided. Everyone glanced around, the four people in the ring glancing around in obvious worry at what had happened. Who had done that? What had caused it? What was going to happen? The first question was answered as Faint by Linkin' Park started blaring across the sound system, no one appearing at first at the top of the ramp. After a few seconds, a slow curtain of sparks formed over the entrance door, a figure just barely being seen behind them. After about another ten seconds, none other than the 'Electric Phenomenon' Pohatu walked out. Unlike usual for him and wrestling events, he was not dressed in his wrestling garb, opting to instead wear his patented 'Thunderstruck' t-shirt, the shirt being accompanied by a simple pair of worn looking jeans. The light heavyweight stood at the top of the ramp as he listened to the fans who had seen his work before cheer him on, nodding a bit as he made a slight motion with one of his hands, the pyro curtain being turned off. Pohatu stood at the top of the ramp for a few more seconds before lightly jogging down the ramp, high fiving a few fans before he reached the ring, at which point he slid into the ring and popped right up to his feet and walked over to JB. The owner of the federation came eye to eye with the Electric Enigma before handing over the microphone in a willing manner, taking a step back after doing so.
Well, now here's something I didn't expect to come across when Winter contacted me; someone I actually know in Bryan Stinberg, and then a couple of no-names who think that winning a World title in a federation that no one's heard of will make them big. Now, me being the pure athlete that I am, I can tell you first and foremost that the little bit of respect that I carry with me towards other superstars has been granted to Mr. John Victory. He doesn't have to go and get himself bashed up with tables, ladders and chairs in order to get the fans to cheer him on. All he needs is his wrestling singlet and an opponent. Now, as for Karnage and Stinberg....
While Pohatu had been talking about Victory, the light heavyweight had turned to look at the silver medalist, giving him a nod of respect before he turned to face towards Karnage and Stinberg. A frown came onto his face as he looked at Karnage, as if just now noticing what Stinberg had said about the heavyweight being so ugly. Karnage was panting in an animalistic manner, making it seem as if he was getting worked up for a fight and just waiting to be turned loose, the panting causing Pohatu to cover his nose with the hand that he had the microphine in. With the other hand, he reached into his pocket and fished around a bit before pulling something out and tossing it to Karnage. The heavyweight caught it and held it up...revealing it to be a piece of Doublemint gum. This triggered a laugh from everyone in the ring, and from the fans in the arena as the Tron came up and gave a close-up picture of the piece of gum. Karnage let out an animalistic roar and started to take a step towards Pohatu, but the light heavyweight took a step back and slightly to the side, shaking his finger in an obvious 'shame-shame' fashion before moving the microphone so that he could speak.
Now now, don't blame me for your bad breath, you just need to choose what you eat a bit better, along with actually brushing your teeth a bit more often. Then again, I guess I shouldn't expect much more than what I see standing in front of me, in regards to you. Do you honestly think that putting people through table, crunching people between ladders, and smacking them with chairs is considered professional wrestling? If you do...then you better get down on your knees right now and pray that I have mercy on your soul IF I face you in the tournament. Just like Victory, I am a pure athlete. I don't need a chair or any other kind of woman in order to break your bones. All I need are my hands. As if to emphasize his point, Pohatu raised his hands up and moved them forward a bit, curling both into fists. Karnage took another step forward, curling his own hands into fists and looking like he was just waiting to tackle the 'Lightning', but Pohatu moved slightly to the side again, shaking his head and sighing as he lowered one of his hands down, keeping the hand with the microphone near his lips.So quick to try and pick a fight, are we? That's another difference between myself and you, Karnage. While you're ready to just jump and fight anyone at any given time, I have the intelligence to pick my battles. An example of this is me not wanting to fight Victory right off the bat, not just because of my large amount of respect for him, but also because I know that he'll probably be my toughest competition in this tournament. You, Karnage? You're the one I have to worry the least about. I'll actually be halfway counting on you bringing a chair into the match, just so that I can kick it right into that ugly mug of your's with a VanDaminator. You want me to try and powerbomb me through a table? How 'bout I hurracarana that greasy head of your's through it instead? Karnage's anger was almost to the boiling point as he took two more steps towards Pohatu, but the light heavyweight glanced towards JB, who quickly stepped forward and gave Karange a warning about attacking the other wrestlers before the tournament. Karange pointed at Pohatu in an accusing manner before backing up into a corner, draping his arms over the top rope on either side and gripping the rope in an attempt to contain himself. Seeming pleased with the reaction that he had been able to get out of Karnage, the Lightning turned towards Bryan Stinberg, who had a smirk on his face. The light heavyweight frowned as he saw the smirk on Stinberg's face, quickly bringing the microphone up to his lips.Boy, just what are you grinning at? You grinning at the fact that I can get some heavyweight with only a quarter of a brain so ticked off, or the fact that you know I could kick your butt again? After the word 'again' had been said, Stinberg's grin immeadiately dropped down into a frown as he furrowed his brows together, the Game rolling up the sleeves on his shirt in obvious preperation for a fight. After seeing Stinberg do this, Pohatu could do nothing but shake his head as he turned his back to Stinberg and took a couple of steps away from him, sighing before turning to face towards Stinberg again. The thunder bolts on the front of Pohatu's shirt seemed to flicker briefly in the bright lighting of the ring, causing Stinberg to squint slightly as Pohatu raised the microphone back up to talk again.Yeah, that's right you squint-eyed, no-talented, piece of hardcore JOBBER! I said; kick your butt AGAIN. Don't tell me that you've so soon forgotten about the butt kicking I gave you back in TWE? I guess all those chairshots you took in getting those hardcore titles must've really destroyed that brain you have. Wait, did you even win those titles in sanctioned matches, or did you just sneak attack the champions when they were sleeping or taking a piss? Honestly, Stinberg, you wonder why so many people laugh at you when you strut around saying that you're going to win this title or that title? It's because you can't back up what you say anymore in the wrestling ring. You've taken a step in the right direction by going with the whole 'Game' gimmick, but you won't be at your best again until you're back in that same mindset from ExWA. IF you can get back into that mindset, you might just be worthy of another title. Until then, drag your that oversized jaw of your's out of this ring. Otherwise, it'll probably crash right through the canvas when I drop you on your head with your own rip-off of the Diamond Cutter. Yet again, JB had to interfere to keep a fight from breaking out, the owner stepping in front of Stinberg and warning him about attacking Pohatu, saying he would take Stinberg out of the tournament if he did attack Pohatu. Pohatu laughed as JB finally managed to restrain Stinberg, the multiple-time hardcore champion backing into a corner in a similar fashion to that of what Karnage had done, though Stinberg propped one foot up on the second turnbuckle after he had been backed up, watching Pohatu with a very critical eye. Seeming satisifed with how Stinberg had been contained, the light heavyweight in the center of the ring turned towards John Victory, nodding as they made eye contact. Now, Victory, I want you to keep in mind the amount of respect I have for you as I speak about you here, okay? You being an Olympic silver medalist is quite an achievement, but I think you need to go back to your Olympic training. Don't get me wrong, Silver is good, silver's real good. But, if you want to truly make an impression here in NWPW, I would suggest you go back and win that gold. Then, when you come back here and go after the top title, I can actually say that you will be someone for me to worry about. You want to be like Kurt Angle, don't you? Be the Olympic Hero of this federation and all that good stuff. Well, sorry to say this, but you really can't be that unless you bring home the gold medal. Until you do, you're a second rate Olympic wrestler. Victory's jaw dropped after Pohatu had finished talking, the silver medalist shaking his head in obvious disbelief as he took a couple of steps back. Pohatu simply shrugged and tossed the microphone back to JB, giving the owner a chance to finally get a word in after all the people who had entered. TBC by anyone
